Currently the primary download site is still addons.mozilla.org. Make sure you get the right version there: sometimes the version for your version of Firefox will be on the all versions page instead of on the front page.

The mozdev download page also has some files if the other site does not work for you. Again make sure you get the right version: the most recently uploaded file may not be for the latest version of Firefox.
